Rosita Vazquez has been a part of Monclova Law since day one. As the very first team member to join the firm, she has played an integral role in its growth, helping build the foundation of the trusted law firm it is today through her leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment.
Proudly Mexican and the daughter of immigrant parents, Rosita understands firsthand the challenges, hopes, and dreams that come with the immigration journey. Her personal experiences inspire her to serve every client with compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
Rosita began her career at Monclova Law as both an Immigration Paralegal and Accountant, balancing legal and administrative responsibilities during the firm’s early years. As the firm continued to grow, she transitioned into a full-time Immigration Paralegal, gaining extensive experience helping clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
Today, Rosita serves as the firm’s Office Manager, where she oversees daily operations and works closely with every department to ensure clients receive exceptional service from their very first interaction through the successful resolution of their cases. Her leadership, experience, and passion for serving others embody the values that define Monclova Law: integrity, excellence, compassion, and a deep respect for the immigrant community.
Outside of work, Rosita enjoys listening to music and spending time with her family. She continues to find purpose in helping others.
