Rachel Wilson joins Monclova Law as a Junior Family Law Attorney. She helps families navigate complex legal issues through thoughtful counsel, strategic problem-solving, and compassionate communication.
Rachel was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. She earned her bachelor’s degrees from Case Western Reserve University, Master of Business Administration from Universidad Francisco Marroquin, and Master of Management from Tulane University. Rachel earned her Juris Doctorate from University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both the State of Colorado and the District of Columbia.
Her legal work has centered primarily on juvenile immigration matters (including child custody and guardianship cases), civil rights enforcement, and environmental litigation. Before attending law school, Rachel also worked as a writer, researcher, marketer, high school teacher, and tutor in Panama City, Panama.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs. She loves reading books, exploring new places, and hiking.
