Rene W. Nuñez Castro is the newest addition to Monclova Law, joining the team as an immigration paralegal. Rene earned his law degree in El Salvador in 2022. At the end of 2023, he moved to the United States to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Universidad del Pacífico, McGeorge School of Law, which he completed in May 2025.
During his graduate studies, he collaborated at an Immigration Clinic, providing legal assistance to low-income immigrants and refugees. He has also assisted his own family with the preparation and filing of immigration forms with USCIS. Rene is currently in the process of obtaining his license to practice law in California, with the goal of practicing immigration law and serving the Latino community.
