Edgar Chavarria joins Monclova Law as a Law Clerk. Edgar is a proud first-generation Mexican American who has dedicated his career to serving the immigrant community since 2019. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he spent two years as a Student Attorney in the Student Law Office. In that role, Edgar gained extensive experience in immigration court, making numerous appearances on the record, and practiced before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. During his 3L year, he delivered oral arguments before the Tenth Circuit—an exceptional achievement that reflects his advocacy skills and commitment to justice.
Edgar is deeply passionate about defending the rights of individuals who are marginalized, underrepresented, and mistreated, guided by his unwavering belief that no human is illegal. After passing the bar in February 2025, Edgar remains committed to advancing immigrant rights and is honored to continue this work alongside the dedicated team at Monclova Law.
